Certified Production Technicians (CPT)graduated from Cincinnati Manufacturing Certificates last Thursday including Royce in the photo above. He mentioned his daughter, who he's holding, as a key reason for pursuing skills training with the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council. He plans to build a future for her and with all his national certifications he's well on his way.

Members of CMC cohort number 8 who've gained employment are averaging well above the $13.50 mean average CMC had for 2009-2010. John, another CPT, just received a job offer that day from a metal working company in Cincinnati.
