Cincinnati Manufacturing Certificates uses the national training and assessment program from the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council. Training is daytime for 4 ½ weeks with the training site on the busline. Graduates are provided
assistance in getting employment with interested employers visiting the training class.

Hamilton County residents 18 years of age and older whose household income falls below either 125% of the Federal Poverty Guideline or for our United Way program (no limitation) (Example: Household of 4 - $27,900 is 125%). Candidates must be eager to learn and have related industrial or manufacturing experience.

These national certificate credentials are part of the skills training system prepared and endorsed by the National Association of Manufacturers. Training is conducted by an MSSC certified instructor and result in certification in areas of safety, quality, production processes, and maintenance awareness. The 4 and 1/2 week training is computer based and the training site is on the busline.
